We’re glad to hear you learned and grew when you were here at Stride. While we don’t agree with all of your feedback, a lot of it is valid and we know for sure that there’s room for us to improve the way we communicate as a leadership team - and we are committed to and actively working on that. You’re right: we have hired great people and we plan to hire many more, along with doing a better job of creating clear direction, providing support, and staying out of their way, so they can produce quality work and thrive in their careers.
