Tremendous amount of mid management turnover, new unorganized supervisors, lack of clear direction and communication

Good pay and up to date equipment

- Revolving door of leadership - Extremely poor communication from leadership - Out of touch expectations - Forced unpaid salary “overtime” with no end in sight, not a temporary expectation - When you reach out to advise supervisors multiple times that you are struggling with the atmosphere and get the thumbs up emoji or ignored If you value your mental health in anyway, I would suggest looking elsewhere for employment.
