Pros
I have been working for Striata for just over 4 years and love what I do and working from home! We have the best hardworking crew around and some of the most intelligent people I know! I have personally grown so much in my role because of the great teamwork we have.
For some, working from home can start out a small challenge but Striata is very supportive of that home/work balance. We are still a very connected team meeting regular for team lunches and get togethers, etc.

- Always looking for ways to better improve current products and services
- They created a company culture not seen in many work places and believe in real teamwork!
- We all share in the successes and failures. They express that having a failure is how we learn and grow.
- They encourage us to share any issues that may arise, with the management team knowing that you will be heard.
- They welcome new ideas and new ways to better improve overall process to small document improvements, etc.
Cons
- All the benefits are great except the health insurance which is very expensive. There isn't any part of the cost paid in from the company towards it so it is more expensive than most.
