Cons
While I enjoyed my time at the company, there was little to no focus on career development and no mention of salary increases. It's just never talked about because there was no desire to recognise achievement. There are no real benefits to speak of and I've seen other staff not treated very well at all. Almost all of the best support people have moved on, having been left without training or support from management. These are people with valuable product knowledge and industry connections. I found the ride with company bumpy at times, as we changed strategic direction on a dime. Successful delivery on outcomes became a bit of a dice throw rather than because of a well planned and executed plan.
