- Chairman is a psycho and a dictator who loves to make people shake in their boots by firing at will and always fostering an environment of insecurity - Salaries are never paid on time and is totally at the mercy of the Chairman - Your offer might be good but your take home might never match that because the company will always look for opportunities to deduct. Plus any expenses involved like traveling between RAK and Dubai will have to be borne by yourself - If you leave the company, good luck getting your settlement - CEO is a yes man who will not think twice before throwing you under the bus to keep his medals intact - CFO is a reasonable person but helpless in reality with the control freak Chairman - Dominant Russian management who not very flexible to work with - Strategy and Planning is non-existent and only on paper. In reality planning is directly dependent on Chairman's mood
