All of my teammates looked traumatised on the very first call I had with them on my first day. So I knew immediately I'd made a mistake, which was rather disappointing to say the least. I then had various people (most of which were very senior) openly ask me in my first couple of weeks if I was regretting my decision to join - this was only scratching the surface on how unprofessional it is as a company. Lying is at the core of the culture of Streetbees - which comes down from the very top, where I saw various projects (which technically couldn't be done) promised to clients with ridiculous, unachievable timings by the CEO. The result is that data quality is terrible. Just a few clicks through a report and you'll easily find errors and multiple duplicates. Other supreme lows of my time there included: - multiple team-mates being signed off sick with stress - zero handovers being given as staff turnover is so high - being advised to "paper over the cracks" when dealing with clients. Zero integrity at Streetbees you see. - hearing job interviews being carried out on loud speaker on the office floor (beware if you are interviewing, there's a high probability that it isn't too confidential!) - never knowing who I could trust as the culture of lies then breeds a blame-culture too - hearing colleagues joke about 'PSSD' - Post Streetbees Stress Disorder. I can, unfortunately, vouch for this being a real thing Don't be swayed by the pretty branding and pay packet. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
