Pros

The benefits are mostly good, the workload is manageable, and the hours are consistent. You don't need to worry about being available after hours unless you choose to make yourself available for the relatively rare overtime opportunities there may be. Compensation is fair.

Cons

It can seem like upper management doesn't value technicians. Additionally, PTO is insufficient if we're expected to use it for not just our vacation time but also sick leave, family emergencies, and weather related issues, ESPECIALLY during the first year.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of working for this company was its strong focus on work-life balance, which allowed employees to maintain a healthy blend between professional and personal life. The modern and well-designed office building created a comfortable and motivating environment to work in every day. Being part of the healthcare industry also made the work meaningful, knowing that our efforts contributed to improving people’s well-being. Additionally, the company’s profit-sharing program was a great incentive, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions to the organization’s overall success.

Cons

One of the main downsides of working for this company was that management needed significant improvement, as communication and decision-making often lacked transparency and consistency. Over time, office politics and nepotism began to influence promotions and opportunities, which affected team morale and collaboration. These issues gradually started to impact the overall workplace culture, making it harder for employees to stay motivated and feel recognized based on merit.
