Worst Company ever. - Recruitment Streamwave Manpower Solutions Employee Review

Nothing that I can remember.

Pathetic company to work with. Management is full of bunch of idiots and unprofessional people with "so called" industry experience. Management wants to run a middle age emperorship almost with a whip. The CEO is with NIL Recruitment process knowledge with extremely baseless high thought about himself. They believe in Hiring & Firing people without giving any prior notice or reason and don't even pay them for their working days once they kick out them out of the system. and the HR Person is of no knowledge with BIG mouth with no professionalism and communication. Even if you have to wait few days to get a good job, WAIT; DO NOT JOIN this company. It is just a WASTE OF TIME, NOTHING ELSE!

Honestly, there are many to start with, build able team, strategic work mode, understanding people but yes they are very particular about their work. I have never seen such good management in any Company as they are not only good but also lenient.

To my understanding every Company has Pros and cons so just upon negativity being spread by few lot its difficult to state the cons as no Company will pay any employee for coming office and not working or being unable to deliver results in more than 6 months time.
