Lack of leadership, NO TRAINING, passive aggressive management, high turnover, outdated POS system, no ongoing maintenance performed on equipment allowing for constant malfunctions (ex. Air conditioning, dishwashers, shuttle buses etc.), simple details are constantly changing (ex.employee parking, table settings, glasswear, outlet hours) for what seems to be no reason, over-served, poorly behaved guests usually aren’t reprimanded due to lack of security or management being present, long expensive drive with no gas stations or amenities nearby, benefits aren’t that great, no significant raises, promotions, or advances, you will receive a $1 scratch off lottery ticket on your birthday and $25 Publix gift card on Thanksgiving & Christmas.
