      Pros

      Cutting edge technology, friendly people. Good place to learn, grow and make friends. Located in the heart of dc- commute shouldn't be bad if you take the metro.

      Cons

      QA manager is severely incompetent, works from home all the time and is constantly nagging and likes to play the blame game instead of focussing on the problems. Need better dev-qa relationship.

      Pros

      Collaboration is encouraged throughout the organization and has the support of the corporate headquarters. Everyone is well-supported - whether the developers or project managers - and the environment is great.

      Cons

      A little bit of the identity of the startup is lost to the headquarters but that is part of the evolution of a startup. Many of the founders are gone on to other entrepreneurial ventures. Their vision is still needed as the office is young from a corporate perspective.
