This is the first time ever we heard that Streams Tech is "Rigid and Rude". We will definitely take a feedback from all our current employees to learn more about this.
I think you have not understood Streams Tech Holiday Policy. This is a bit different than many other companies. But the company provides holidays as in the policy.
It is very strange to know that Streams Tech is very rigid. In Streams Tech, employees start their working day at a flexible time. Typically it is within 9 AM to 1 PM. It is just required that every member completes 8 hours working time a day. Even if they cannot complete 8 hours in a day, they are often requested to cover it within the week. So, not sure how this culture is very rigid.
Streams Tech changed its bonus policy and decided to disburse one annual bonus at June end and the second one at December end. Previously it was during two Eid festival. Management decided to call it as annual bonus because there are members of different religion. So Eid bonus does not become the festival bonus for all. This half yearly annual bonus policy is very common. Probably you are not familiar with this.
