Pros
Our team had great chemistry, albeit, being on zoom the majority of the time I worked there. The customer service team often looked out for eachother and were always willing to help where needed.
Cons
The higher levels of foxtel decided to get rid of the team entirely during lockdowns by outsourcing the customer service. Wasn't the best way to end, and the timing wasn't great but it is what it is.
