      Pros

      Fellow bookkeepers are great people.

      Cons

      You are expected to meet a quota and are compared to employees who have been there for years. Poor overall management. Their claim to fame is a family work balance, but you are expected to work 50-60 hours a week without overtime. In reality they need to be turned into the labor commission.

      Employees are never expected to work more than 40 hours without being compensated. Comments stated above are simply not true.

      Friendly environment filled with people willing to help. Opportunities for growth.

      A lot of people work from home so you don't get to build relationships with those people.
