Pros
The work environment is extremely positive. Management is amazing and always willing to help. Never had a problem taking time off. I started in a different role very young and have progressed to a position I really love.
Cons
Working as a scheduler, there is a side group chat that is supposed to be for random help throughout the day and just chit chatting. Instead it’s being used to talk about politics and other very unprofessional topics. There is a team lead in this group chat who does nothing to stop these conversations.
