This is a job that will pay you very minimal for the work that is expected of you. You will be expected to work late, work on the weekends, and may even receive messages regarding work on holidays. You will be expected to bend over backwards for all clients of the company even if the request is ridiculous. The pay is not fairly balanced at all and will not be based on skill or merit but more if you spew the company lines and work 80 hours a week. (Unless you're in tech support) If you are a member of the support team, be prepared to work a bunch of tickets and may get locked in a room until they are completed. There is also an idea of being grateful for working for their company and being thankful for a job in general. There is also nepotism that will occur and the job will burn you out very quickly.
