Pros
Little micro-management and lecturing from principal staff, company principals allows employees to thrive working for the client without having to work extra for the company. Streamline Defense lets employees be employees for the company while making sure they fulfill the work objectives for the client. It's a win-win situation. Streamline Defense principal staff are very easy to contact to discuss work and other administrative issues anytime. That's a plus. Also, the implementation of a referral bonus is a definite plus! Although I am leaving the company for a federal position, I will miss working for the company. CEO Terrell Martin is stellar! I highly recommend a position/career with Streamline Defense.
Cons
As with most contracting positions, nothing is stable, you never know when the client will go with another company and if you aren't mobile and unwilling to move to another location, you may not have job security. However, I am confident the leadership at Streamline Defense will be able to find its employees positions no matter what location or with a particular client.
