      Pros

      They pay you decent wages.

      Cons

      Boys club; favoritism. They play games and are not straight with employees. Coworkers are stealing tons of paint and supplies and billing it to the company, yet those same people get promoted and praised often. Then they stick it to the good employees. To me, that is just not right.
