Pros
Lots of autonomy and supportive leadership who trust their employees to do their jobs. Benefits prior to migrating to SAG benefits are really good. Great work/life balance.
Cons
Acquired by Software AG (SAG) and StreamSets is losing a lot of its culture that made it so great since it's been integrating into SAG. SAG has lots of bottlenecks with dinosaur processes & platforms, mediocre benefits, leadership is out of touch with employee sentiment, etc. StreamSets is now being acquired by IBM.
