Pros

I worked here for nearly one year, Good product specially the sync one for mobile platforms Slightly better pay but surely you have to bargain a lot and after joining forget salary increase. Free cab facility for LUNCH at ITPL nearby area.

Cons

No benefits as such nothing No such domain oriented knowledge or views or long term plan. Working hour is very hectic. Difficult to maintain a personal life and professional life of course if you are not a workaholic. Entire cubicle is messy and does not look like a professional environment. People shout like a hell inside the office. No compensation no salary increase, Only if the So called CEO approves then you may get some increase... There is no success party. CEO blasts employees as if they are slaves. Many people during my tenure left the company because of the way they treat experienced people.

Pros

Small company and have good range of products. Some nice people in the team.

Cons

Lots of unnecessary deadlines, and unnecessary calls from US office in the middle of night.

Pros

1) Pay scale. The CTC promised almost entirely comes in hand. 2) Great learning curve, ideal for fresh graduates. 3) Small teams which mean greater responsibilities on one's shoulders, easier interactions with seniors.

Cons

1) No definite objective and goals. You can easily find priorities of today getting reverted back tomorrow. 2) No proper development model, Often leads to rework. 3) Poor marketing. Thus no matter how much you work, no body will use your product. 4) Working on weekends without compensation (this might have stopped). 5) Few perks, might not be ideal for people with families. 6) No documentation.
