Lots of effort is being made to get better at investing in people, so they know where they stand and where their future lies with the company.
Cons
Depends on how you like to work. It's fast paced and you'll be accountable for delivering. If this isn't how you like to work, this won't be the company for you. The company grew very quickly last year and needed more infrastructure in place to support that growth. Lessons have been learnt and there's a real commitment to put these learnings into action.
