Pros
- Great product based on community feedback - Internal team is passionate about the product (the co-founder who had the concept of offering free tools to creators was previously building them on his own) - Solid values and culture with focus on DEI - Unique ability to do creator marketing at scale continues to grow in popularity so company has promising future
Cons
- Unless based near HQ, job is remote which might be a con depending on work styles. - Every department has its own KPIs/leaders, so I can't say if my fulfilling experience mirrors that in other parts of the company
