Pros
* A lot of empowerment with what and how you want to solve problems * Flexible remote first workplace but going to the office is also great * Super interesting products with amazing users (creators!) * Awesome people in almost all the squads and departments * A real sense of moving forward and constant creation
Cons
* Its a scale-up, so things change fast, but that's a pro in my book as well * Because it's global, sometimes meetings are late, but not too bad, people are considerate.
