Pros
my first corporate job after a long time working in startups and boutique agencies and honestly? It's great! I believe this is highly influenced by having a good leader to look up to. But I have to say, maybe my experience is unique to my department only but personally, I really like working here. I'm not required to work after working hours, I leave work on-time every single day and my head of department takes boundaries very seriously which is a very new concept for me considering I have been in companies where I am expected to work 13-15 hours every day.
Cons
no remote working flexibilities and and parking subsidies but that's pretty much all for now. who knows what will change, let's give it time and maybe I'll have a different opinion in a year's time
