Awful management, please utilize the time to invest in team building, skills and leadership Awful culture, believe comes from the top and influence the subordinates Salary is not always on time however they are being protected by labor law You will be likely task to be more then you are requested to do and there's no appreciation Don't mention about work life balance No direction from the management, just do and go with the flow If you have a "HOD" then you may most likely have a KPI if not your job there's no KPI Very manual, system is not on par with other company, if you wanna start from bottom then maybe good for you What you think it is , may not be what you're getting so don't get your hopes high The structure in the company is very questionable so maybe you feel confuse but yes you will be confuse
