Poor leadership from the managements (Lim Family) - very erratic and emotional that lacks wisdom, experience and very short-sightedness. This company does not pay well, nor provide sufficient benefits for employee welfare. The management love using intimidation tactics to strike fear into employees, coercing employees to drink for entertainment and the entire company was build on a 'shoe polishing' culture. Mid-Management employees also lack experience and knowledge to guide the junior staffs with little to know career progression.
