      Pros

      Excellent pay, excellent benefits and paid time off, the best I've had in my career as an HVAC technician of over 40 years. Professional managers that treat me very well. Skilled coworkers. My position is unique as I'm contracted to a customer site. Uniforms, work shoes, PPE provided. Company laptop, smart phone monthly reimbursment, direct deposit pay twice a month.

      Cons

      Customer requires long hours during certain times, but normal hours on others. No vehicle provided, (something HVAC folks have gotten used to). The critical operation and need for high performance can sometimes be stressful.

      Pros

      Highly professional, respectful of employees, with the best pay and benefits I've ever had in my 40 plus career. Bonus pay, shift differential, exceptional PTO and all the best benefits you may expect from a large company.

      I could say that Allied universal is a good place for security.

      Cons

      They let me go from the site my second day of training. I was hired for the Stream Data Centers site and worked for Allied Universal, and they didn’t give me a reason as to why they let me go they just said I had to leave the building. When I asked “for what reason?” they said, I didn’t meet the requirements they expected. I asked them “what requirements did I not meet?” They didn’t have an answer for that. They just kept asking me to leave.
