- high expectations but they give you the resources to hit them - heavy workload but aren't working you to the ground or requiring you to work into the night

Here at Stream, the leadership is the problem. The leaders here foster a chaotic and hostile company culture where employees are verbally abused and constructive feedback is met with ridicule. The leaders don’t communicate at all, and they don’t listen to the ideas and complaints of their employees. They’re terrible people who aren’t capable of leading employees. They don’t deserve their leadership positions.
