Pros

Great Mexican restaurant across the street to have lunch at and unwind after work.

Cons

The only business in San Jose that is full of Right Wing Republicans. All day they would bash Liberals with absolutely no common sense to keep their political beliefs out of the work environment. The sales team has a lack of leadership and nepotism and playing favorites prevails. One of the sales girls spent all of her time flirting with management and throwing her peers under the bus.

Pros

I can easily see myself working at Streakwave until retirement. The company offers competitive to better than most pay and benefits, is very stable, and has strong growth year over year. The management style allows room for individuals to take ownership of responsibilities and to wear multiple hats which creates opportunities for advancement outside of the traditional climb the ladder methodology.

Cons

Business growth sometimes outpaces the ability for strategic planning creating some friction. The growth creates job security but comes with some added pressure at times.

Pros

There were many i am no longer confident in stating there are pro's. A lot has changed to no longer provide a good environment to the sales staff.

Cons

Co.pensation plan for sales staff has changed multiple times in 5 years each time with pay cuts. All sales staff are looking for an exit because benefits have become minimal and compensation plan has been restructured to no longer be beneficial. And is set as complex draw program created for entry level sales staff fresh out of high school. CEO left the company for a year, CTO left the company, VP and founder of the co.pany resigned when CEO returned after a year of leave and company was ran by Aquisitions Specialist.
