Toxic environment with frequent pay cuts and turnover - Anonymous employee Streakwave Employee Review

I can easily see myself working at Streakwave until retirement. The company offers competitive to better than most pay and benefits, is very stable, and has strong growth year over year. The management style allows room for individuals to take ownership of responsibilities and to wear multiple hats which creates opportunities for advancement outside of the traditional climb the ladder methodology.

Business growth sometimes outpaces the ability for strategic planning creating some friction. The growth creates job security but comes with some added pressure at times.

I have never felt compelled to post anything or express my concerns about an employer till now. Im still experiencing Anxiety from the verbal abuse and hostile work environment I really cant say anything positive about this company

This has been a horrible experience working with this company I was verbally abused cursing, yelling and personal attacks on myself and other employees, everyone has there doors closed because of the violent yelling could be heard throughout the entire building. This is no way to treat people and communicate. I reported this abuse to both the HR department and management expressing my concerns multiple times and how I was feeling anxious and threatened. My concerns were never addressed instead I was terminated. Also if your applying for the sales role be WARNED they will short you on commissions and when you bring this to there attention they will say your incorrect and blow you off they wont show you what you are being paid on just a commissions statement with a number I recommend to keep track of all your deals. If you do decide to work with this company I would recommend not to bring on any big account they will be taken from management.
