      Pros

      - you get to work with great consumers thats literally it. Working with them was very rewarding and seeing how much of a difference you make in their life.

      Cons

      - low pay for the amount of work you - all the management people get payed so much and they don't do anything compared to what the dsp's do - no benefits - terrible hours
