Pros
Salary, PTO, having access to attorneys that help people. They are fair and most of them want to help people. Good work life balance. Gym access, cafeteria access, decent work area. Some people are very sweet and want to see you do well. Could easily retire here if you like it.
Cons
Lacks most of what makes a company good-spirit and positive leadership. Any flaws that are highlighted are swept under the rug. It depends on who you work for and where you are in life that determines if you will feel comfortable and do well here. Mostly dead end jobs-its not a lot of mobility. Think about other options and if the other company has more to offer and if anything but money matters to you. I can see some people ending up miserable here after a while. Some things about people at the firm just didn't sit right with me.
