Hi there. Appreciate your perspective. I do think it's difficult for folks new to the workforce to understand the perspectives and experiences of those who have "seen it all." Also the other way around, it can take patience for seasoned folks to truly understand what it's like to be just starting out in a job or career. It's so easy to be impatient with one another. It's important to remember that our backgrounds lead us to expect the world to work in certain ways, and when the world doesn't it can be confusing! At Straub we make a concerted effort to practice empathy, putting ourselves in one another's shoes regardless of our titles, status, generation or culture we were born into, by staying kind and curious.
