Pros

Remote option. Flexible work hours. Casual dress code. Casual meetings. Good coworkers and opportunity to learn from knowledgable people. Opportunity for personal career growth. Good work/life balance. I worked overtime only a handful of times in the few years I was there.

Cons

High turnover rate. Nepotistic business. Toxic environment - Project Managers would literally scream at you. Senior Managers would govern with their personal, political views instead of the company's decision. Company merged; new CEO makes me feel he doesn't know what's going on in the company.

Pros

Good work life balance as most managers are willing to be flexible about your work schedule. Starting pay competitive especially if you already have signage experience. Does seem to do more employee engagement activities than other Sign companies. Also offers a bonus incentive unlike most other sign companies.

Cons

You have to be employed for a full year to be "eligible" for a raise. So for example if you're there for 10 months when it's time for raises, you'll get nothing until the following year. Having a bonus structure is nice, but again have to be there for a full year to be eligible. Bonuses are also based on some performance metrics that you don't have full control over. Depending on what team/account you end up on you may receive limited training and be handed a bunch of sites and expected to run with them. The system training is helpful and does a good job teaching you the basics, but the account specific training is only as good as your manager/team (if you get any at all).
