      The pay is not worth for the amount of work given. Also the fact that it's usually at night really is a little mind crushing

      Ability to build relationships and opportunity for hands on training.

      Cons

      -work / life balance is terrible, they expect you to basically be “on call” evenings and weekends with no extra pay -no room for professional growth -zero benefits -leadership is almost non-existent
