Toxic culture, lack of support from the management, extreme micromanagement (controlling management), inefficient solutions. Insufficient knowledge or "know how", no empathy or leadership skills of the management. Unfair conditions - benefits reduced after the probation period. No KPIs, or career development meetings, no performance feedback.
