My regional sales manager is the only positive thing about this experience. The products are great too but no insurance coverage so no one cares how good the products are
Cons
Leadership - they’re not genuine 20 percent of the sales force was let go last week with no notice. Supposedly because they were “underperforming” but there are others with the same numbers who stayed. Everyone who’s left is nervous because they seem really quick to get rid of people for the smallest reason- or even no reason
