You'l never grow. - A place where you can find yourself unappreciated neither financially nor morally - No job security whatsoever, rumors all the time about funding end and company exit. - Unnecessary lengthy interview process, management think they're working at Google. Hey! it's a small startup! - Not all employees are treated the same.
