They have good pay and benefits

They struggle to prioritize and are constantly shifting focus. They expect everyone to work 24/7, but then talk about " work life balance". They have good benefits, but don't want anyone to actually use them. They're constantly trying to hire talent, but no one wants to move to Mojave so instead they spend millions on salaries annually for people in leadership roles that works remotely. When funding gets cut they just get rid of people as fast as possible. They like to hype up ROC, but in reality it's not an efficient or economical way to test regularly which should make anyone question the companies longevity.
