Pros

You can learn things quickly and leave quickly

Cons

They write fake reviews. You will see that after my review. Company is very small. Not good for experienced guys. High attrition rate because of so many reasons. Some people absconded too. Many people leave within few months If you are in notice period you will not get variable pay that is 10% of CTC. But they lied in offer letter like you get variable pay if you are active employee. Be careful family insurance is shown as part of CTC. Extra amount deducted from salary for parent insurance if we opt that. This is a drawback. Other companies give insurance as additional benefit Management do not have long term plan for the company and employees. Trainings are not provided to save money bed bugs, cockroaches, lizard, mosquitos roaming inside office Ac not running causing headache, giddiness, nausea, heat 4 cctv placed in four corner. One dedicated employee to monitor employees working or not. Always check your payslip. They deduct loss of pay, shift allowance. If you ask, they give excuse Nepotism is high. India MD's relatives promoted quickly. You must spend 8 hours in office and show in timesheet.

Pros

A lot of opportunity for Cloud Engineers to grow their skills with AWS/Azure. New customer environments are designed and deployed on a regular basis, and existing customer environments need to be maintained and refactored. I can only speak to my experience of having worked out of the San Mateo, CA office, but the culture there is good. As long as you're getting your work done, oversight is minimal.

Cons

The team is split in different locations, in different timezones. Sometimes early morning or late night meetings are necessary to coordinate with team members on the other side of the world. This isn't necessarily bad, but something to be aware of, if you're looking for a strict 9-5 type of gig.
