Pros

Nothing at all to describe anything.

Cons

I had worked for a period of close to 2 years., due to some factors I joined without getting any hike , i had got decreased salary with my previous company. They showed all non monetary benefits as part of CTC, when I joined they (HR) promised you will get amount of hike after completion of one year, despite after completion of more than a year they have matched my salary with my previous company salary, nobody knows how they give ratings ,increments and bonus payout. If we ask anything with respect to rating ,increments and bonus Reporting manager says go and talk to HR. They are the ones who absolutely ridiculous peoples they don't know employee values at all, where as when it comes dictating work reporting manager and leads will queue up to assign their work also to individuals. And they do politics in giving hike, they give to their relatives and their closed ones with good amount of hike but they don't give any hikes to others. Personally I had worked under Managing director of company, I have clearly articulated my Scenario to him, despite he didn't even care about it, whereas he has done tremendous job to his relatives, that's how Stratogent works. And if you work under support function, then they don't even recognize at any point in time except they like you, firstly they said it's burning department there will not be any value addition, hence there is no point to give any monetary benefit.

Pros

A lot of opportunity for Cloud Engineers to grow their skills with AWS/Azure. New customer environments are designed and deployed on a regular basis, and existing customer environments need to be maintained and refactored. I can only speak to my experience of having worked out of the San Mateo, CA office, but the culture there is good. As long as you're getting your work done, oversight is minimal.

Cons

The team is split in different locations, in different timezones. Sometimes early morning or late night meetings are necessary to coordinate with team members on the other side of the world. This isn't necessarily bad, but something to be aware of, if you're looking for a strict 9-5 type of gig.
