Pros

People we worked with were great Good hours and work flow 8-4pm mostly learned a lot by interacting with multiple departments Good Family that owns the company

Cons

Afraid of technology, they want everything on spreadsheets and will no longer upgrade ERP system. Very engineering focused Question the qualifications and direction set by a few upper managers

Pros

Even a single one, none that I have experienced.

Cons

The final straw came during a critical network outage. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the CEO was focused on assigning blame, and publicly berating team members while making threats. He even implied that if we didn't resolve the problem to his satisfaction, we'd be facing severe consequences that made me genuinely worry about potential legal repercussions, like he was trying to threaten us with something that could land us in jail. A power trip fueled by paranoia and incompetence. I realized then that I was working for a company that had lost all sense of ethical or professional conduct. I resigned on the spot!

Pros

You'll get a paycheck, and some co-workers are cool to work with.

Cons

Honestly, working here was like being stuck in a circus that nobody knows how to run. If you’re not part of the family that owns the place, forget about moving up. You’ll just be stuck in the same spot no matter how hard you work. The managers and higher-ups have some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen, and they’ll brush off any concerns like they don’t even exist. They’re so stuck in the past it’s insane, everything has to be done in spreadsheets, and they refuse to invest in better systems. The whole company revolves around engineering, so if you’re in another department, you’re basically invisible. The most frustrating part was watching unqualified people make decisions while good ideas from the rest of us were completely ignored.
