(For reasons unknown, my previous comment was 'deleted.' However, due to the toxic nature of this company, I feel compelled to repost my negative experience with the company below.) With over a decade of experience in senior management at major multinational corporations, I must strongly advise against considering this company as a potential employer. 1. Micromanagement is pervasive. Even with a managerial title, you are expected to seek approval for basic communications such as emails, significantly undermining trust and autonomy. 2. The hierarchy within the company is excessively rigid and authoritarian, bordering on tyrannical. The oppressive culture is difficult to overlook. 3. Senior management frequently displays unprofessional behaviour, being both rude and sarcastic, often in front of others. Shockingly, higher management is fully aware of this toxicity yet chooses to allow it to continue unchecked. 4. Professionalism is virtually non-existent. Inappropriate language and indecent conversations are commonplace. Additionally, the lack of a proper dress code results in some staff dressing unprofessionally, creating a poor image for both colleagues and clients. 5. The office itself is poorly maintained, and the lighting poses a safety hazard. (Tip: Insist on a tour of both the office and the studio during the interview process to assess the conditions for yourself.) 6. The company lacks credibility. Training that was promised during the interview process is never delivered, and new employees are penalised for failing to meet expectations despite not being provided with the necessary information. 7. The work-life balance is abysmal. Employees are granted minimal leave and are expected to work during their time off, adding to the already unsatisfactory working conditions. In summary, while the nature of the work may seem appealing, the company’s toxic culture will likely overshadow any potential enjoyment or professional growth. I quickly left within a few months and got into a much better work environment. If you are seeking an organisation that values professionalism, career development, and a healthy working environment, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
