Pros
I really enjoy working at SCG for several reasons: 1. Attitude to work – High-quality execution is a priority; for ambitious people it is a great place to work. Everyone is motivated to deliver 100+% 2. Interesting projects: besides consulting projects, SCG is working on intriguing internal projects, to stand out. It is not a typical consulting company relying on humans only. SCG has great visions of for its offerings, and it is exciting to be part of it! 3. I really like that the company also has a contingent payment. So the company pays out bonuses, when year is great and as an individual you contributed!
Cons
As it is a startup, changes are inevitable. You need to learn all the time, and baking able to switch from one position to another.
