Pros

Some great young minds who have unbelievable work ethic and talent supporting leadership dreams.

Cons

Horrible mismanagement and unbelievable micromanaging by the leadership. Fickle inexperienced leader who has a hard time making good choices for better business driven success. Can't get past having hands in every aspect of the company which drags down hired employees to actually do their jobs and tasks. Sketchy business plan and return on investment to investor. Very fly by the seat of your pants and rush to meet last second deadlines to customers.

Pros

This company offers more than just a job; it provides a supportive and inclusive environment where employees thrive. With an exceptional benefits package, vibrant culture, and inspiring mission, it's evident that employees are valued and empowered to make a meaningful impact. They provide opportunities for professional development, this company truly prioritizes the well-being and growth of its team members.

Cons

All the normal cons of a start-up with a rapid growth rate. Lots to do and finite number of hours to do it in! However, the team is great and we always find time and resources to ensure happy clients.

Pros

Research team demonstrates genuine analytical talent and work ethic. Operations team maintains professionalism and competence despite management dysfunction. Individual contributors consistently try to deliver quality work within a broken system.

Cons

The previous reviews warning about "vindictive leadership," "horrible mismanagement," and "sketchy business planning" proved prophetic. Strategy Risks has escalated from poor management to systematic legal violations with consistently late paycheck payments throughout my tenure, demonstrating chronic inability to handle basic payroll functions where late payments became routine rather than exceptional. Previous reviewers mentioned "fly by the seat of your pants" operations and "fickle inexperienced leadership," which manifested across fundamental business processes. Leadership consistently oversells company capabilities while lacking fundamental understanding of the professional standards expected in this industry. Most troubling were expectations to misrepresent company capabilities to clients, including potential government customers - when data products weren't functional, leadership asked business development to present them as operational, raising serious ethical concerns about client representations in government and national security markets. Earlier reviews cited "sketchy business plan and return on investment," and my experience confirmed systematic financial dysfunction with chronic struggles to pay employees on time and consistently poor investor communications, creating serious questions about financial stability and ability to deliver on client commitments.
