Some amazing teammates, instructors, partners and clients. I had some particularly exceptional folks whom I've hope I have properly thanked.
Cons
Revolving door of CEOs. Terrible marketing plan (who goes from a 30+ year name recognition as ESI to TwentyEighty Strategy Execution, especially without an acronym in the Federal market?) Would love to know how they will manage the contracts we won. No real strategy except to steal pipeline from good salespeople and have them deal with a terrible HR department.
