Pros

Strong Benefits and Compensation. The company is showing growth.

Cons

Poor Work/Life Balance. Increasingly high work loads and expectations to manage these workloads lead to poor work/life balance as 50+ hour work weeks are needed to meet role responsibilities. The culture can also be toxic with poor communication between teams. Sales is held up on a pedestal. Where the rest of the teams are expected to bend over backwards to comply with the Sales Department's demands.

Pros

The culture they provide, even while being 100% remote, is great. Decent pay and good benefits. They're always trying to improve. Love the paid holidays + extra Fridays off when there's a Monday holiday. The full week off for Thanksgiving and ~two weeks off at the EOY is incredible. The team is great, really smart and likeable people all around. Everyone is trying their best and is ultra-competitive.

Cons

The space is really saturated, and while industry itself is innovative, it can get a little watered down. Larger competitors have a lot more $$$ + teams backing them, allowing them to do a bit more than we can at the moment.

Pros

It is a fantastic team with incredible remote culture. That is very true. If that’s all you’re looking for then this is a great fit.

Cons

I’ve never seen a team with such a strong foundation be so bad at providing a career growth path. They’re not interested in career growth for entry-level hires (especially on net new side) unless you want to risk being a seller for them where they’ll let you go within a year if you don’t hit goal. They will always hire an outside hire over promoting someone from within for any cross-team promotions. So make sure you’re committed to being in net new sales with them for the long haul before signing up for that side of the biz cuz there’s no way out besides leaving one day once you do. If you’re a career seller looking for a home then this is a great fit. If you’re a younger, more green hire looking to break in and grow a career I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
