      Pros

      Great health benefits, matching 401K. Good creative team full of talent and great folks.

      Cons

      Super super low salary, awful clients that don't know how to work with a creative agency, weird and controlling CEOs that have specific enforced working hours. The company likes to come off as liberal and a force for good change, but has oil companies and fisheries as clients.

      High rate of employee turnover due to ownership strife and eventual sale to Rise West Partners (existing senior staffer), loose standards, apparent lack of leadership training or up-skilling, company leadership makes promises that don't always keep, chronic understaffing
