Working with some great people who have managed to hang-on, albeit fewer and fewer each week. 7% match and pretty decent PTO
Cons
Leadership only cares about making money for themselves and pumping through 'clients'. Almost half the company has been terminated or resigned since December '22. If you question leadership or disagree with things they will either fire you or make you want to quit. Everyone has had to take on numerous roles with the exodus of employees, yet leadership refuses to give anyone any extra compensation for the extra efforts.
