      Not industry top pay but decent as start

      Cons

      Loss of pay. Bonus to sales and they continuously change your route, you get further away from home with more overnights for doing well. And no one seems to listen

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
