Pros

Love the job , it's great not having someone constantly looking over your shoulder , do your job , and you have no problems.

Cons

Ok , there really needs to be some incentive , how bout a bonus now and then, especially for people that have earned it ? How bout a per diem ( only when traveling over night) I'm just saying if you want good people to stick around , like swing reps , service reps , you need to do better by them , they are a huge part of your team , pay them better , treat them better , and you will have loyal , hardworking people for life !

Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

Cons

Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
